Introduction
The shamanic journey has refined itself as a way of life for me in the past several years: I have used breathwork, drumming, journeying- and have learned that the patterns of the Universe reveal themselves when we approach them with open inquiry.
How long have you been interested in shamanic practices?

When I started graduate school in 2002, I had a wonderful professor who taught breathwork and shamanic drumming. I have continued to practice both of these, and other metaphysics studies, since that time.
