Our format: We gather, welcome the helping spirit-energies with brief ceremony, and then move to the main purpose of the group: Journeying, drumming, some brief discussion/Q&A perhaps, but mostly journeying, the avenue of spiritual connection which is at the heart of this practice.
Meeting structure:
6:45 - 7 PM - Doors open at 6:45 to gather, set up, meet, greet, mingle;
7 PM - Formal opening ceremony to greet the Four Directions and helping spirits;
Then drumming, journeying, dancing and more of same as mentioned above.
We formally close the circle and exit the buidling by 9 PM.
